Findus was sold by Nestl\u00e9 and the new owners setup a new company. Part of this was to integrate the existing Nestle systems and the new Findus systems at time of due diligence whilst at the same time setup the future IT landscape. I was working in this global integration project at Findus. My work included setting up the corporate integration strategy and architecture. I was responsible for the architecture but also for implementing a model for support and maintenance. Within the assignment, we integrated 40+ internal IT Systems in 300+ interfaces in addition to the Business to Business integrations towards customers and suppliers.
