IT Operations Manager at Findus (Sverige, Norge, Finland och Danmark). Responsible for all Nordisk IT Operations and our French hosting. Areas include all applications from the point of go-live, Service Desk, Client Handling and Infrastructure. Member of the Nordic IT Leadership team. Process owner for Findus Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change processes. Head of Findus Change Advisory Board. Team Manager for eight people and managing the two outsourcing partners delivering infrastructure, servicedesk and client handling.
Moving to a local business model with updated vision and new strategy. Focus on operational excellence, core categories and simplifying.

Nordic IT Team Manager and Systems Architect at Findus Group. Responsible for Findus Nordic Change Process and our internal Change Advisory Board. Leading a team of specialists and working as the interface between business processes and our systems landscape. Propose, agree and deliver IT services. Specialties: Enterprise architecture with a special focus in integration technologies, governance and master data management.
Stabilize and build for profits. Focus on cluster synergies in manufacturing and marketing.

As one if the IS Architects within the Findus Group I'm working with our enterprise architecture and make sure our IS strategies align with business expectations/strategies and goals. The Findus Group is a multinational food business headquartered in the UK and with operations around Europe. It is the parent Group of Young’s, Findus and The Seafood Company. An estimated 20 million people eat our products on average every week. We combine our passion for great quality food with an active commitment to good nutrition and sustainability in everything we do. Strategy built around group synergies and centre of excellence. Maintained local reporting but substantial efforts went in to defining group agenda.
2003-01 – 2007-04
Working on numerous of integration projects as a senior consultant. The work included many abroad assignments in countries like England, France, Austria, Norway, Spain, Finland, Germany and USA. Between 2004 and 2006 I was responsible for Sogeti Syd’s competence area “Integrations Centre of Excellence”.
2000-01 – 2003-01
Findus was sold by Nestlé and the new owners setup a new company. Part of this was to integrate the existing Nestle systems and the new Findus systems at time of due diligence whilst at the same time setup the future IT landscape. I was working in this global integration project at Findus. My work included setting up the corporate integration strategy and architecture. I was responsible for the architecture but also for implementing a model for support and maintenance. Within the assignment, we integrated 40+ internal IT Systems in 300+ interfaces in addition to the Business to Business integrations towards customers and suppliers. At this time, I was also managing the group of people within Sogeti who worked at the assignment at Findus, at most 5 people.
1996-06 – 2000-01
Architect assignments in the integrations area and Lotus Notes, Quality audits and reviews, project management, educations, workshops and pre-sale assignments.
1995-08 – 1996-06
My first employment after finishing my education. Consultant at Cap Programator in Helsingborg. Main area of expertise was Lotus Notes where I managed everything from development to administration of the platform.
